2018 was a big year for us. We launched new services and a new brand, we earned additional certifications, and we added more members to our team. We appreciate everyone who has been a part of our journey — we couldn’t have done it without you. To say thank you, we’re paying it forward.

For the past 6 months, we have had the pleasure of working with an organization called New Story to provide them with bookkeeping, accounting, and most recently, CFO services. When we first heard of New Story, we were drawn to their innovative approach to solving global homelessness and knew we had to get involved in some capacity. We commend companies that are making a huge impact in the world and if we can provide them with free accounting services, they have more resources to make an even bigger impact.

It has been a pleasure to work with such an incredible organization, and helping them manage their finances has been a great way for us to get involved. But since it’s the season of giving, we believe now is the perfect time to share what we’re doing next.

We’re extremely excited to announce that in 2019 we’ll be sponsoring a family and the building of their home in Mexico! We’ve been impressed by New Story’s model and transparency and look forward to what’s to come. Employing local workers and using local materials, New Story will build a home over the course of 45 days. Throughout this process, we’ll receive updates on their progress and a video of the family on move-in day. We look forward to learning more about the family that we’re helping as well as sharing more details in the future!
